Our Approach:

Inneraktive set out to transform the Department of Finance’s online presence by creating a clean, structured, and human-centered design. Our goal was to resolve navigation challenges, reduce user friction, and present government services in a clear, intuitive manner. We focused on simplifying complex information, improving content hierarchy, and aligning the interface with modern UX principles and the department’s trusted brand identity.

How We Did It:

To modernize the DoF website, we began with an in-depth UX audit of the existing platform, mapping user behavior and identifying pain points across key service journeys. The core issue was fragmentation—services were scattered, visually inconsistent, and difficult to locate.

We rebuilt the information architecture from the ground up, grouping services logically by departments and categories. A powerful search and filter system was introduced, allowing users to instantly find the relevant service without unnecessary navigation.

Our design system featured a refined color palette and typography that reflect the department’s brand personality while ensuring maximum readability across languages and devices. Illustration-driven visuals were incorporated to make the interface more approachable, transforming government interactions into a friendly, stress-free experience.

Each service page was redesigned with a consistent, structured template outlining:
