
Al Romaizan, one of the Middle East’s most recognized luxury jewelry brands, partnered with Inneraktive to elevate their digital ecosystem with a dedicated mobile app. Building on the success of their e-commerce website, the goal was to extend the brand’s premium shopping experience directly to iOS and Android devices, giving customers elegant, on-the-go access to their exclusive gold and diamond collections.

Inneraktive’s approach focused on creating a mobile experience that matched the brand’s high-end identity while remaining deeply connected to the existing e-commerce infrastructure. Our goal was to ensure flawless data syncing, maintain visual consistency, and enhance usability — all without complicating internal workflows for Al Romaizan’s team.
We began by analyzing the existing web platform, APIs, and CRM workflows to ensure the mobile app would integrate seamlessly within the current ecosystem. The biggest priority was maintaining real-time synchronization of product data, inventory, user profiles, and order history without introducing new backend complexities.
To achieve cross-platform excellence, we developed the app using Flutter, enabling smooth performance and uniform UI/UX across both iOS and Android. The app communicates directly with Al Romaizan’s APIs, ensuring instant data updates and consistent functionality across all digital touchpoints.
A key enhancement was the introduction of custom CRM controls that allow the internal team to independently update selected mobile-specific screens — such as banners, highlights, and featured categories — using the same CRM they already operate. This flexibility gives the brand full control over content without requiring technical support.
The UI design mirrored Al Romaizan’s luxurious identity through refined typography, premium color palettes, and immersive product displays with zoom interactions, rich visuals, and seamless navigation. Every screen was optimized for quick access, intuitive browsing, and a flawless checkout experience tailored for mobile users.

The mobile app strengthened Al Romaizan’s omnichannel presence by offering customers a unified shopping experience across web and mobile. Real-time API integration improved operational efficiency, while CRM-driven content management empowered the internal team with greater flexibility.
